SHIPPING - RETURN POLICY
Mudscupper's Inc. wants all of our customers to experience a pleasant shopping and shipping experience. Please observe
the following policies concerning tracking, shipping and returns. If we forgot anything or can provide you with further information, please contact us at the address provided at the bottom of this page.

Correct Information
PLEASE double check all shipping information when you place your order(s). Mudscupper's Inc. will not be held liable nor bear any responsibility for item(s) shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Tracking Your Shipment
When your item(s) are shipped, the email address you provide during checkout will automatically be notified of shipping status.
If you do not receive an email with tracking number, please email us at:customer_service@mudscuppers.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Insured Shipping
We strongly encourage all customers to purchase shipping insurance. This will provide a more enjoyable shipping experience and guarantee replacement for any undelivered item(s) / damaged item(s).

If purchased item(s) do not arrive on time, please check with your postal carrier using the tracking number provided. Or, contact us immediately at: customer_service@mudscuppers.com or 1-505-433-0384.

Uninsured Shipping
Buyer is solely responsible for shipping insurance.
Mudscupper's Inc. will take all precautions to ensure item(s) are securely packaged and shipped to buyer undamaged and in new and usable condition.
Mudscupper's Inc. will not be liable, nor bear any responsibility implied or not, for undelivered item(s) or item(s) delivered damaged or in unusable condition.

Return Policy
We are happy to accept all returned item(s) under the following conditions:
Seals on item(s) must be intact and unbroken.
Item(s) must be in new, unaltered and unused condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Only the original
price of item(s) will be refunded.
Each returned item will incur a
$5.00 restocking fee.
Buyer MUST use original or similar protective packaging for returned item(s).
Altered, damaged, used item(s) or item(s) with broken seal(s) will be considered non-refundable.

Returns - Wholesale Customers Only
You must notify Mudscupper's Inc., Sales Department at: 505-433-0384 within 10 business days of delivery. Upon notification, we will assist you in returning item(s). Mudscupper's Inc. will NOT ACCEPT any item(s) without prior notification, or notification after 10 business days of delivery.
Seals on item(s) must be intact and unbroken.
Item(s) must be in new, unaltered and unused condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Only the original
price of item(s) will be refunded.
Returned item(s) will incur a $5.00 restocking fee per case. Loose item(s) will incur a $5.00 restocking fee per product.
